The OvaCue® Fertility Monitor Warranty

We warrant that the OvaCue is free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after it is delivered to the consumer. We will replace or repair (at our option) any OvaCue Instrument or accessory found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

The remedy of product repair or replacement is the only remedy Fertility Solutions offers. Incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of the OvaCue are excluded. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limita- tion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclu- sions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.)

The OvaCue is not a contraceptive and can only be used as “an aid to natural contraception”; it is intended only as an aid to identifying the fertile period for the purpose of promoting conception. Although the OvaCue can help most women identify the fertile part of their menstrual cycle, we cannot promise that it will help every woman do so.

Also, since we cannot verify that in a given instance the OvaCue has or has not been used according to directions, we cannot be held liable for any unsatisfactory result from its use. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to achieve pregnancy; infection or inflammation; incorrect determination of ovulation, pregnancy, non-pregnancy, fertility, or infertility.

Fertility Solutions Return Policy

Fertility Solutions will accept returns of products in the original packaging and condition within thirty (30) days of the date of the order. There is a 15% restocking fee due to the nature of the product and the requirements for repackaging. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.
