for the Ovacue Fertility Monitor

For Doctors Only

Physicians: OvaCue® Fertility Monitor has a place in your infertility practice.

Since 1987, Cue fertility monitors have been used by hundreds of physicians to augment their infertility practice. As an affordable, home-based alternative to frequent lab monitoring procedures, the OvaCue allows physicians to extend the benefits of ovulation monitoring to a wider range of patients, especially those who may not have the financial resources or time for frequent visits.

Physicians may purchase OvaCue units at a discount and provide them to patients for purchase or for rent. You can rent the same unit repeatedly after testing and sterilization, enjoying residual income from a retained asset. Your patients will find the units easy to use and the results easy to interpret.

A long research history

The Electrolyte Method™ is based on the proprietary and patented discovery that the electrolytes in saliva peak up to 7 days before ovulation, and the electrolytes in the upper vaginal region nadir on the day before ovulation and then rise again on the day of ovulation.

Approved by the US FDA as an aid to conception.

The accuracy of the Electrolyte Method, which is used only by OvaCue, has been established through the study of over 2,000 ovulatory cycles in scientific studies, some supported by the U. S. National Institutes of Health. These studies indicate that Electrolyte Method is accurate in predicting and confirming ovulation in 98% of all women's cycles. See our bibliography for a complete list of peer-reviewed research.

The majority of my infertility patients are working mothers. The Cue has made it easy for them to time their inseminations almost one week ahead of time, reducing stress at work. This also helps me to schedule them into normal working hours instead of "fitting them in" as I would an emergency.
